About 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we’ll step in for a full handover, ensuring every detail is accounted for in your event planning. We’ll conduct a site visit, create a detailed timeline, and take over communication with your vendors to confirm logistics and finalize all details. On the big day, our team will be there to oversee the entire production—managing setup, coordinating schedules, and handling any last-minute adjustments—so you can be fully present in every moment.
